About the Role

Flow is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Finance to support our Flag Business, the company’s core Property Management platform. This role is the primary finance partner to the Business Lead of Flag Business and reports directly to the CFO. You will operate as an embedded business partner within the Property Management organization, driving operational performance, profitability, scalability, and growth. The role combines financial acumen with operational insight and a deep understanding of how AI, automation, and analytics transform business performance and decision-making. This is a high-visibility role shaping the future of Flow’s largest operating business. The best candidates are quantitatively excellent, intellectually curious, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
