Summary

Firework is a global start-up in high-growth mode with a vision to digitally transform video commerce. We're looking for a Sr. GTM Engineer to build the foundation of our go-to-market engine from the ground up — the systems, data infrastructure, and automations that power lead generation. This is a green-field, builder role: you'll design and stand up the enrichment, sourcing, scoring, and routing systems that turn our total addressable market into a healthy, qualified pipeline, and you'll own lead generation as a discipline end to end. You'll work closely with Sales to make sure the foundation you build directly translates into pipeline. This role is for someone who's energized by building from scratch, comfortable owning a problem with real ambiguity, and excited to use AI tools to move faster than a team this size normally could.
