Experienced Transportation Engineer (Bay Area) (7-12 Years)

As a Transportation or Civil Engineer with 7-12 years of experience, you are: Operating with a strong technical foundation Demonstrating ownership in the quality and timeliness of your work Balancing collaboration while also effectively using judgment and expertise to operate independently Successfully scoping and managing projects including delegating to other individuals as well as managing clients Effectively mentoring and teaching others as part of project work execution You’ll work on a wide range engineering projects, advancing your technical expertise and your ability to manage projects, support clients, bring in new project opportunities, and contribute to the success of your team. Project Experience May Include:

Managing and delivering transportation projects from conceptual planning through final design, including preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E). Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: Traffic engineering design, including bikeways, traffic signals, signing and striping, roundabouts, lighting, and temporary traffic control. Complete streets planning, operations, and design. Multimodal operations assessments. Corridor and interchange studies.
