The Accounting Manager will report directly to the CFO and advise executive leadership on critical financial decisions. Initially, this role will require a significant amount of hands-on work, but with ample prospects for progress and growth over time. Main responsibilities will include month end close, budget, variance analysis, auditing, income tax, international consolidation, financial reporting, ERP system integration, and implementing scalable systems and processes to support our continued expansion. The successful candidate will have experience managing accounting, tax, and FP&A in an international and production environment and an eagerness to solve challenging problems, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and regulations in a dynamic environment.
