The Work

As a Staff Cloud Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical expert supporting EQ Bank’s Microsoft cloud platforms with a focus on Power Platform (30%), Azure Cloud Engineering (30%), AKS and DevOps Enablement (20%), and Platform Process Improvement (20%). Reporting to the Director, Cloud Operations, you will design, implement, and improve reusable platform capabilities that empower both professional and citizen developers across the bank. You will work hands-on with Azure services, PaaS workloads, Kubernetes, and DevOps toolchains, while also contributing to Power Platform governance and lifecycle enablement. As a technical leader, you’ll collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and business stakeholders to drive platform maturity, automation, scalability, and compliance across our cloud environments.
