Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

Epoch AI is looking for a Recruiter who will own our hiring pipelines end-to-end and help us grow a world-class team. The role will involve managing multiple simultaneous hiring rounds, sourcing and communicating with candidates, and guiding hiring managers through fast and transparent hiring. About the role We are looking for a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to help us evaluate and hire exceptional people across research, engineering, communications, and operations. You will work closely with our Head of People and with hiring managers across every team to scope new roles, design interview processes, and run hiring rounds from job description to signed offer. Most of our hiring managers are researchers hiring for the first time, so your insights on best practices in recruiting are crucial. Your day-to-day activities will include handling candidate communications, sourcing talent and seeking referrals, screening applications in our ATS, and coordinating interviews and paid work trials. An ideal candidate for this role might already have multiple years of recruiting experience at a small, fast-moving organization. This role is fully remote, and we are able to hire in many countries.
