Test Engineer - Sr

Responsibilities:

Responsible for testing through the entire lifecycle of a project, including test case development, execution and verification. Tracking and reporting software defects, along with verifying resolved issues in ticket tracking application. Assist in on-going process improvement for test case management. Provide the project team with testing progress and continuous risk assessment during the Testing phase. Support validation efforts by acquiring evidence during testing phase, as well as generating validation reports at cycle end. Proactively works to understand the major components of the product through training and client assignments. Strong in database queries, Stored Procedures and View testing Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define quality requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Experience in BDD frameworks to create readable and maintainable test scenarios (e.g., using Cucumber, Spec Flow, or similar tools). Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable automatic test execution. Leads individual Projects and acts as the main point of contact / escalation for the testing team. Utilizes in-depth product knowledge to anticipate client needs and address complex issues. Provides guidance and sets priorities for the Test Engineer on project. Displays commitment to excellence.
