About The Role:

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead testing of our connected vehicle mobile applications, working closely with hardware and software teams across Japan and Thailand. You'll take strong ownership of product quality, bring a proactive mindset, and aren't afraid to go beyond your immediate responsibilities to get things done. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan. It requires 25–30% travel to testing facilities in Japan (Tochigi and Yorii) and Thailand, with possible travel to other regions as needed. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate both Japanese and English communication environments. You should be confident in reading and writing in Japanese and comfortable collaborating in English. We also welcome candidates who are continuing to develop their English skills and are excited to work as part of a global team.
