Our ambition is to build the European leader in legal AI. We design our products with a global vision because that is our ambition, and we adapt to local needs because law is, by nature, very local. The Doctrine tech and product team (~100 people) is one of the best positioned in the world to drive this transformation. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be involved in every stage of the product development process, from shaping upcoming product innovations to working closely with designers and engineers to bring new features to life. You’ll use your entrepreneurial mindset and full range of skills to deliver simple, elegant features. Are you ready to invent the future of law? Missions Deeply understand the ways of working, needs, and pain points of legal professionals to identify high-impact opportunities. Stay aligned with Doctrine’s strategy, market context, and long-term product vision. Define, track, and analyze key metrics to measure product success and guide decisions. Collect and leverage user feedback, usability insights, and market research into clear product requirements that elevate user satisfaction. Discover and assess new product opportunities with a balance of ambition and pragmatism. Turn ideas into actionable initiatives, starting with focused MVPs and rapid experimentation. Validate hypotheses with real users and iterate based on evidence. Lead the shift from prototypes and quick wins to scalable, robust product features. Communicate a clear product vision and ensure alignment across design, engineering, and business teams. Improve existing products continuously to strengthen value, performance, and adoption. Requirements 4+ years of significant experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and embrace diverse perspectives. Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a track record of delivering on time while maintaining high attention to detail. Full professional proficiency in both French and English Bonus Entrepreneurial experience Experience scaling a product internationally Experience in data / ML / Generative AI Experience in the legal field
