Key Account Manager

With more than 2,000 customers, our KAM team manages our largest and most strategic accounts. We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring renewals, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will report to the Key Account Manager Team Lead.

• Own and develop a portfolio of key clients, building long-term strategies for growth, adoption, satisfaction, and retention — in close partnership with a Customer Success Manager
• Develop a deep understanding of Didomi's product suite and generate new qualified opportunities through use cases and strategic recommendations
• Manage the full commercial relationship: discovery, platform demonstration, proposal development, financial and legal negotiation, and closing
• Grow revenue from existing Enterprise customers through upselling and cross-selling
• Map accounts across your portfolio and develop new business opportunities within subsidiaries globally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including identifying new executive-level champions
• Work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction (product feedback, success stories, testimonials)
• Monitor and analyse account performance, maintain accurate forecasting, and provide reliable revenue estimates

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in the SaaS industry
• Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
• Commercial focus with the ability to work independently and manage a complex portfolio
• Fluent in English and French
