People Operations Generalist

We’re looking for a People & Culture Generalist to support a fast-paced, high-trust startup environment in a highly technical manufacturing company. This role spans HR operations, employee relations (ER), HR compliance, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle support across both hourly manufacturing/technician teams and salaried engineering and corporate staff. This is an opportunity to help build and scale People Operations infrastructure at a fast-growing organization where your ideas, judgment, and execution will directly influence employee experience and company culture. You’ll need strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to connect day-to-day HR work to broader business needs.
