Senior Mechanical Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled mechanical engineer who is passionate about designing high performance building systems and leading projects from concept through to construction. At DIALOG, you’ll work within an integrated design studio where architects, interior designers, and engineers collaborate under one roof on commercial and institutional projects spanning hospitality, recreation, education, and healthcare. If you thrive in a team oriented environment and enjoy creating innovative, sustainable solutions, this role will give you the opportunity to make a real impact on the built environment. This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer to continue honing their project leadership breadth. You’ll grow the team’s technical acumen, mentor team members at various career stages, and apply project leadership skills that define a senior career in building mechanical design.
