Summary/Function:

D.A. Davidson & Co., a leading investment banking firm with operations nationwide, is accepting applicants for a full-time Vice President position in our Washington, D.C. office to work on a team passionate about the Diversified Industrials industry. The Vice President is expected to project manage strategic assignments assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and other advisory services. The Vice President is expected to translate Director and Managing Director wishes into achievable tasks, assign projects to Associates and Analysts and see these projects through to completion, be a coach to junior bankers, and build relationships with potential clients.
