The Impact of a Sr. Engagement Manager to Coupa:

As a Principal Engagement Manager at Coupa, you will lead complex enterprise software implementations across the LATAM region, helping customers transform their procurement and finance operations. Whether projects are delivered directly by Coupa Professional Services or alongside our ecosystem of implementation partners, you will be responsible for ensuring successful deployments and customer outcomes. As a trusted advisor and ambassador of Coupa best practices, you will guide customers through every phase of the implementation lifecycle—from mobilization and kickoff through deployment and go-live. You will drive governance, risk management, executive communication, and resource alignment while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer business objectives. This role includes both individual and collaborative delivery responsibilities, with potential travel of up to 50%.
