Senior SEO and Lifecycle Growth Manager

About the Role SimpleNursing is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to own the day-to-day execution and performance of our earned and owned marketing channels, including SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, website experiences, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization. You will turn broader growth priorities into clear channel roadmaps, campaigns, tests, and measurable improvements. You will identify what needs to happen, personally drive the work forward, and collaborate with Product, Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, Engineering, and external partners to bring ideas to life. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and visibility. You will not simply oversee an agency, coordinate projects, or hand execution to someone else. You will be close to the platforms, the customer journey, the performance data, and the work itself. This role is ideal for a hands-on growth marketer who enjoys improving how customers discover, engage with, and ultimately choose a product and who can clearly demonstrate the impact of the programs and experiments they have led.
