Project Director – Marine Infrastructure Projects (Quay walls - Jetties - Breakwaters) - UAE

We are looking for a Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale marine and complex civil infrastructure projects across international locations. This is a high-impact leadership role; you will not be limited to a single project and must be prepared for deployment across different regions based on business needs. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects — from execution planning and resource coordination to delivery and final completion. You ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with strict quality standards and contractual requirements. As a senior leader, you will manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee all project-related functions, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholder management while maintaining full accountability for P&L and financial results.
