ABOUT THE POSITION:

D365 Business Central Owner at BURGA is more than a title - it's a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced environment where rapid growth, a new manufacturing facility, and bold operational ambitions will keep you sharp and excited.

Your role: You'll be the driving force behind our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central rollout - steering implementation end-to-end, aligning stakeholders across departments, IT, and external partners to ensure every phase delivers lasting business value. Once live, you'll own continuous system improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead end-to-end BC implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and scope management
  • Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams - translating operational needs into clear BC configurations
  • Define and maintain inventory and production master data in BC (items, variants, BOMs, routings, stock movements, production orders), ensuring data consistency and long-term system integrity.
  • Oversee end-to-end manufacturing order lifecycle in BC - from order creation and component allocation all the way to sales order fulfilment and sales invoice posting.
  • Drive user adoption, run training sessions, and maintain up-to-date documentation
  • Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and oversee implementation within BC - including workflows, automation, and integrations
  • Coordinate solution delivery with external BC partners and consultants, ensuring solutions align with business objectives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of hands-on BC experience, including at least one business process creation or improvement implementation
  • Strong project management skills - able to juggle workstreams, manage stakeholder expectations, and keep timelines realistic
  • Solid understanding of BC data structure and how different elements impact processes
  • Experience with defining functional specifications, running UAT, and coordinating go-live
  • A proactive team player who demonstrates strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Solid BC configuration knowledge
  • Strong SQL skills
  • A drive to turn complex business needs into scalable, lasting solutions

SALARY:  4100 - 6500 Eur/Month GROSS.
