Role Brief:

We are looking for a highly consultative and technically versatile Associate Director, Analytics to lead strategic client engagements within the construction and built-environment domain. This individual will act as the primary face of our organization for the client, driving stakeholder engagement, analytics consulting, solution strategy, and delivery governance. The ideal candidate is someone who started their career as a hands-on software engineer or developer and has evolved into a client-facing consulting and engagement leadership role with strong expertise across analytics, data engineering, BI, backend APIs, and modern application architectures. This role requires a unique blend of business consulting and stakeholder management, analytics and data strategy, technical architecture understanding, delivery leadership, strong communication and executive presence. The person should be comfortable operating across both boardroom discussions and deep technical conversations with engineering teams.
