Blue Coding is managing the hiring process on their behalf, connecting them with excellent talent across Latin America, but your day-to-day work, team, and reporting line would sit entirely within PayJoy. PayJoy is looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Architect to serve as a key technical authority within their Global Metrics team, helping define the architecture, standards, and analytical foundations that support Customer Support operations globally. This is a senior individual contributor and technical leadership role, with no direct people-management responsibilities. You would be responsible for defining and evolving the end-to-end data architecture across PayJoy's Global Customer Support ecosystem, including data ingestion patterns, Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold), dimensional modeling, semantic layers, KPI frameworks, data governance, and analytical standards — working closely with the Global Metrics Senior Manager, Engineering, Business Analytics, and Data Platform teams. This role is hybrid, based in Bogotá, São Paulo, or Ciudad de México, and you would join PayJoy's engineering team directly as a full-time employee, gaining valuable international experience. What are we looking for? We are looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Architect to work with PayJoy as a key technical authority within their Global Metrics team, helping define the architecture, standards, and analytical foundations that support Customer Support operations globally. This is a senior individual contributor and technical leadership role, with no direct people-management responsibilities. You'll own and evolve the end-to-end data architecture across the Global Customer Support ecosystem, including data ingestion patterns, Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold), dimensional modeling, semantic layers, KPI frameworks, data governance, and analytical standards. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Databricks and dbt, along with experience working with large-scale datasets, high-volume data ingestion, and scalable data pipelines. You'll work closely with the Global Metrics Senior Manager, Engineering, Business Analytics, and Data Platform teams, as well as business stakeholders, to translate complex business requirements into scalable, standardized, and maintainable data and analytics solutions. Experience with AI-oriented data architectures and data modeling for MLOps is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
