E-Commerce Marketplace Operations & Data Coordinator

Company Overview

We are a U.S.-based consumer products company selling through major online marketplaces and national retailers. Our business operates across multiple e-commerce platforms, internal systems, and logistics partners, requiring strong coordination, data accuracy, and operational follow-through. We are seeking a true remote team member who can operate as an extension of our internal marketplace operations team.

Role Overview

This role supports the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce marketplace ecosystem, ensuring product data accuracy, campaign execution, order flow, and internal follow-ups across systems. This is not a customer-facing role, but it is internally front-facing. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating across cross-functional teams to identify issues, follow through, and drive resolution. The role reports directly to the Marketplace Operations Lead and is expected to grow in responsibility over time.
