This role is based out of our North Vancouver design center and is expected to be performed on-location. Meet Your Future Team: The Pattern Grading Team transitions patterns from development to production and produces accurate graded production patterns. Through collaboration and partnership with our internal product development teams and our external factory partners, the team is responsible for ensuring our final sized products maintain integrity of design, function and production accuracy developed on the base size.
