People & Culture Business Partner – Guest Services (Contact Centre)

Reports to: VP, People & Culture – NAM Location:  Vancouver, BC

As a Business Partner, you define your role as a strategic partner for the business. The execution of this has you partnering with people leaders and team members to accomplish business objectives through the application of thoughtful, intentional, and innovative people practices. This role will primarily be based at the new Arc’teryx Guest Services location, at 565 Great Northern Way; the role is open to a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

In this role, you will partner with Guest Services leaders in the application of thoughtful, intentional, and innovative people practices.
