Reports to: Manager, Retail Communication Channels Location: North Vancouver, BC - This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, and is open to hybrid remote work Work Arrangement: Flexible, between in-office and home Pay Range: $42,100 - $55,100pay is dependent on year of study and related experience Duration: Eight (8) months, Jan 4, 2026 – Aug 13, 2026 Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F

Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Retail Communications Co-op Student, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of delivering communications to our 80+ stores across North America. In this role, you write and edit communications while navigating competing priorities. You will also be responsible for supporting large-scale communications initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and project ownership, you will develop communication strategy, copywriting, and stakeholder management capabilities that will prepare you for future opportunities in Retail and Internal Communications. In this role you will learn and use the following technology: Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Tools such as Smartsheet or Monday.com, Retail Zipline, and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude AI. We partner with all teams across the business to deliver content that ensures our store teams have all the information they need to confidently deliver exceptional guest experiences and execute key business priorities.
