Lab and Workshop Technical Lead

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Lab and Workshop Technical Lead on our Advanced Concepts team, you lead the operation, evolution, and strategic development of our technical, scientific, and engineering facilities, including our Workshop, Mountain Athlete Lab, and Materials Lab. Partnering closely with Advanced Concepts and Product Creation teams, you enable rapid prototyping, testing, and experimentation to solve complex performance challenges for mountain athletes. This is a highly hands-on role that combines technical leadership, facility management, and direct project support across fabrication, 3D printing, and testing workflows. This role is based in our North Vancouver office and is expected to be performed on-site.
