Senior Technical Specialist

As a Senior Technical Specialist, you play a key leadership role in safeguarding Arc’teryx brand integrity through global maintenance of product construction standards, best production practices, and quality standards across all product categories and manufacturing locations. You will lead the development and implementation of advanced processes and standards, ensuring technical packages, construction specifications, and quality benchmarks meet the highest standards. You will mentor team members, drive cross-functional alignment, and influence strategic decisions that impact product quality and brand reputation. This role requires strong collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and HKO teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. As a senior member, you will champion best practices, guide complex problem-solving, and support growth plans with existing and new vendors by providing leadership on advanced construction methods and material processes.
