About the Role:

USVC is seeking an Investor Services Specialist to own the self-directed investor experience. This supports every retail investor who puts capital in through usvc.com, from their first KYC check through their tenth reinvestment. You're the primary point of contact for USVC's investors: inbox, call center, onboarding support, and the escalations that could otherwise land with a regulator or on social media. You'll build the playbooks, FAQs, and automations that let investor support scale with the fund.
