JOB PURPOSE

Support the execution of retail asset operations by assisting in monitoring financial and operational performance, analyzing underperforming assets, and evaluating potential divestitures or acquisitions.

 

This role is for a UAE National

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare reports to support management requirements, for each assigned asset and consolidation of combined assets.
 
Research market trends to identify and support acquisition opportunities.
 
Support financial reporting by gathering data and assisting in basic financial analysis (IRR, ROI, ROE) on assigned assets.
 
Contribute to feasibility studies for potential M&A decisions.
 
Support the development pipeline by collaborating with AI-DM for timely asset delivery.
 
Produce reports on the development pipeline, collaborating with AI-DM 
 
Assist in developing and maintaining metrics to support Asset Operations, reviewing performance and recommending adjustments as needed.
 
Compile and assist in analyzing regular reports from Retail General Managers (GMs) on asset performance.
 
Coordinate with other Retail GMs to help identify synergies across assets and recommend improvements to enhance portfolio performance.
 

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Min of 4+ years of related experience in retail asset properties.

 

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

Knowledge and exposure to the GCC real estate market, experience in Abu Dhabi retail market preferred.

 

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Good analytical and quantitative skills.
 
Well versed in MS office application
 
Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written)
 
Good reporting and presentation skills.
 
Good planning and organizing skills.
 
Good negotiation and persuasion skills

 

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor degree in engineering, business or economics, MBA.
