The Mobile Maintenance Tech is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of building systems and equipment within commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and mixed-use facilities. This position ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facility assets, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical aptitude, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and facility operating standards. $26 - $32 an hourThe pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
