Business Strategy Lead - Merchant Wallet

About the Role

As a Business Strategy Lead for Merchant Wallet Team, you will spearhead initiatives to drive business growth and optimise the go-to-market strategy across our merchant product portfolio. You will own challenging problem statements from merchant payment acceptance to helping merchants grow their business with GoPay Merchant offerings like QRIS, GoPay Agen, and PPOB. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where your decisions will directly shape how millions of merchants experience GoPay Merchant App. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy, product, and data — translating insights into initiatives that drive measurable merchant success. The ideal candidate will have experience in business and product management, data analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
