Senior Data Analyst

Catbird is looking for a curious, collaborative Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This role will sit at the center of our business, serving as a shared analytical resource across Marketing, E-Commerce, Merchandising and Finance. You will turn raw data into clear insights that drive decisions on customer retention, revenue performance, and operational efficiency. You bring strong technical skills, clear communication, and a genuine interest in the business questions behind the numbers. This position is hybrid based in our Brooklyn Navy Yard Headquarters.
