We are looking for a Shopper Marketing Account Executive to manage marketing projects for leading FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) brands.

This role requires solid expertise in shopper marketing, a deep understanding of customer and consumer engagement, and experience working with bottlers, distributors, and retail channels in multinational environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships from the initial briefing stage through project delivery, coordinating with strategy, creative, and production teams throughout the process. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for the industry, and excellent communication abilities to deliver high-impact, creatively demanding campaigns.

Responsabilities:

• Manage client relationships, understanding their needs and developing action plans to achieve project objectives.
• Lead integrated proposals and collaborate with different business units to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Oversee project financials and provide monthly reporting.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient use of resources across projects.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate shopper marketing activations.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in design, shopper marketing, technology, and emerging tools, bringing innovative ideas into projects.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive within the FMCG marketing industry.
• Proven experience working with consumer goods brands.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent or near-native level of English.
