National Broadcast Buying Associate

Role Summary and Impact

The National Broadcast Buying Associate supports the execution, implementation, and optimization of national broadcast media campaigns by managing media buying activities, monitoring campaign delivery, tracking performance against KPIs, coordinating billing and reconciliation processes, maintaining accurate system records, and preparing campaign reporting. Working closely with internal teams, clients, agencies, and media vendors, this role ensures campaigns are executed efficiently, on budget, and in compliance with company policies. Through strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-management skills, the associate plays a key role in maximizing campaign effectiveness, supporting client satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the achievement of business and marketing objectives

Skills and Experience:

• 6-18 months of experience in media buying, campaign execution, broadcast planning, or advertising operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of media research and measurement tools such as IBOPE (TV Data, Monitor), CPI, Comscore, Admetricks, and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of media buying processes, audience analysis, campaign monitoring, profitability analysis, and vendor management across multiple media channels.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and media partners.
