About the role

As a Business Development Manager based at Wolt's HQ in Kamppi, Helsinki, you'll join a small, close-knit team with broad, hands-on responsibilities covering the full customer lifecycle: sales, business development, and account management/customer success. You'll work directly with restaurants and hospitality groups across Finland to understand their business needs and recommend the best-fit SevenRooms solutions, from reservations and table management to online ordering and marketing automation. You'll drive new business by adding operators to the platform, then stay closely involved post-signing to manage the relationship, support onboarding, and help ensure long-term success and retention. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more ownership and variety than a traditional, narrowly-scoped sales role offers.

As a Business Development Manager, you will 

• Build and Manage a Sales Pipeline. Identify and engage prospective restaurants and hospitality groups across Finland to grow your book of business.
• Showcase the Platform. Present the value of SevenRooms through compelling demos and conversations that help operators understand how we can support their success.
• Lead Sales from Start to Finish. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, contracting, and go-live support.
• Manage and Grow Accounts. Stay closely involved after the deal closes, building account plans, spotting expansion opportunities, and acting as a hands-on point of contact for customer success.
• Be a Trusted Partner. Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, always advocating for their success and acting as a true advisor throughout the process.
• Wear Multiple Hats. Join a small team with broad ownership across sales, business development, and account management, shaping how we grow in the Finnish market.

Our humble expectations

• You have 3+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or account management/customer success
• You have a background in hospitality or restaurants (a big plus!)
• Fluency in Finnish and English is required, and you're confident presenting to clients both in person and virtually
• You're self-driven and comfortable working independently, whether in the office or remotely
• You're tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and platforms
• You're results-oriented and bring energy and focus to your daily work
• You've worked with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or similar systems

You're open to occasional travel within Finland to connect with clients face-to-face
