Sales Representative

At Wolt, you'll have the opportunity to help build one of our newest business areas at a fun, fast-scaling global company. As part of the DoorDash team, we're building a global logistics platform that can deliver almost anything in your city within minutes. Today, our products are used by 55+ million registered users who order from 200,000+ restaurants and retail stores across 30+ countries. 

As we continue to expand in Greece, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to help grow a new business line from the ground up. This is a hands-on hunter role: you’ll identify high-potential restaurant and retail partners, build your own pipeline, run negotiations independently, and close new partnerships.

You’ll spend significant time meeting prospective partners in the field, while working closely with internal teams to make sure each partnership is set up for a successful launch.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the full new-business sales cycle: identify prospects, create opportunities, pitch the value proposition, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of restaurant and retail merchants across Greece.
• Proactively source new leads through outbound outreach, market mapping, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Meet decision-makers regularly and lead commercial discussions with both independent merchants and larger organisations.
• Turn market feedback and merchant needs into clear commercial opportunities and practical solutions.
• Work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure partners are ready to launch successfully.
• Coordinate key onboarding topics, including operational setup, integrations, payment-related flows, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, keep a clear view of your funnel, and take ownership of progressing opportunities forward.
• Share market insights, partner feedback, and learnings that help shape the development of the new business line.

Our humble expectations 

• A few years of relevant experience in hunter sales, business development, or a similarly new-business-focused commercial role.
• A proven track record of proactively sourcing, developing, and closing new commercial opportunities.
• Comfortable owning negotiations independently and building trust with decision-makers.
• Strong commercial judgement, persistence, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Highly proactive and self-directed: you can prioritise your time, create momentum, and move deals forward without waiting for instructions.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Structured approach to pipeline management and confidence using CRM tools.
• Professional fluency in both Greek and English.
