About the role:

The Client Business Lead is responsible for the business health and growth for a set of  clients. This is achieved by being a consultative partner to external partners and by managing multi-functional internal teams.  As a key leader in the business, this individual works closely alongside Client Services, Strategy, Measurement and Paid Media leads, ensuring business objectives are met through creative and sound strategies, premium execution, and actionable reporting and insights.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Serve as the senior strategic advisor and executive point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term partnerships and driving business growth.
• Partner with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities, shaping strategic direction, creative output, and execution to deliver meaningful business impact.
• Own commercial growth across assigned accounts, identifying organic growth, incremental scopes, and new business opportunities while partnering with leadership to drive revenue and margin.
• Bring cultural intelligence, industry expertise, and strategic perspective to develop differentiated solutions and identify new opportunities.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, setting the vision, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the right talent, resources, and capacity are in place to support business growth.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex creator and agent relationships, leveraging deep creator-economy expertise to navigate negotiations and challenges.
• Champion measurement and continuous improvement, translating insights into strategic recommendations and measurable client impact.
• Oversee margin management, scope development, client paperwork, SOWs, and POs, while supporting pre-sale efforts, pitches, and proposals as needed.
• Partner closely with supporting teams including Business Affairs, Marketing, and HR, as well as third-party partners, to ensure effective delivery and team support.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience including a strong background in team & account management, business development, and an understanding of the Creator Economy.
• Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and building trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience overseeing account growth, revenue, profitability, and new business opportunities.
• A strategic thinker who can connect business objectives to creative and cultural opportunities and translate complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
• Strong understanding of the creator, social, and digital landscape, with a pulse on emerging platforms, trends, communities, and cultural shifts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency or client-services environment, with the ability to bring people together around a clear vision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently influence senior clients, internal leadership, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, particularly when navigating complex client, creator, or business challenges.
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy, while knowing when to bring in the right stakeholders.
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with the details required to move the business forward.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $225,000 and serves as a general guideline for the potential compensation. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, location, and, ultimately, budget approvals.
