Toradex’s Brazil office hosts parts of the Global Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams, composed of several engineers working on diverse tasks with global reach. As a Developer Experience Engineer, your mission is to own and continuously improve the technical customer support experience for Toradex developers. You will resolve customer issues, drive root-cause analysis, and scale support through documentation, AI, automation, and self-service resources. Acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams, you will identify systemic issues, influence priorities, and ensure customer feedback leads to measurable improvements in products, documentation, and support effectiveness. Your success is measured not only by helping customers today, but by reducing the need for support tomorrow.
