About The Role

As Senior Manager, Growth & Business Operations, you’ll help shape the next stage of growth for Thesis and bring better cognitive performance to more people. Working directly with the General Manager, you’ll turn strategic priorities into new channels, programs, and customer experiences that expand how people discover and engage with the brand.

You’ll own high-priority initiatives across growth, marketing, product, and analytics - from identifying opportunities and developing a strategy to getting them into market and scaling what works. Your ability to think strategically, execute hands-on, and bring teams and partners together will be essential to moving the business forward.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with meaningful independence and broad exposure to running and growing a consumer business. You’ll work alongside experienced startup leaders, apply strong commercial judgment, and use AI throughout your work to accelerate execution. We’re looking for someone who is excited to build, thrives on unfamiliar challenges, and takes accountability for delivering results.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Find the most promising opportunities. Combine customer insights, competitive research, performance data, and commercial judgment to assess potential impact, economics, effort, and risk.
• Own growth initiatives end to end. Turn ambiguous opportunities into clear plans, define success, and drive execution. Stay accountable after launch: track revenue, profitability, and customer metrics, decide what to scale, fix, or kill, and hand proven programs off to ongoing operations.
• Build and launch new channels and programs. Develop new approaches across acquisition, retention, and customer experience, from concept through launch and scale.
• Get into the work and keep it moving. Build analyses, write briefs, scope tests, and manage vendors. Work closely with Growth, Creative, Product Development & Strategy and Operations, and other partners to coordinate decisions, clear blockers, and shorten time to market.
• Make AI part of how you build and grow. Use AI to research opportunities, analyze performance, prototype ideas, and execute. Put new applications into practice and critically evaluate outputs for accuracy, quality, and business value.

We’re Excited About Your:

• 5+ years of experience in growth, business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field, with a track record of independently leading cross-functional initiatives from opportunity through execution to measurable results.
• A builder's mindset and strong bias toward action: you take initiative, learn unfamiliar areas quickly, and hold yourself to high standards for execution and results.
• An AI-native approach to work. AI is already part of how you solve problems and get things done. You can demonstrate how you've used it to build, automate, or improve outcomes, and you exercise sound judgment about when to use it, how to validate its outputs, and where human expertise matters.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment. You can build a business case, understand unit economics, interpret performance, and use evidence to make decisions.
• Ability to lead projects across teams without formal authority, build productive relationships with agencies and partners, and hold people accountable to shared commitments.
• Strong prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to move several initiatives forward and recognize when a tradeoff or decision needs attention.
• Clear, direct communication. You can turn a complex problem into a recommendation, a useful brief, or an actionable plan.
• Passion for nootropics and Thesis's mission.

Pay Transparency:

We can’t quantify everything we think you’ll love about working at Thesis, from the exciting projects you’ll work on, to the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
