The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economic consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Director of Information Technology to join our Boston, New York City, Washington, D.C. or Chicago office.
The Brattle Group is looking for an experienced Senior Director of Information Technology to lead our global Information Technology (IT) function. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and serving as a member of the firm’s leadership team, the Senior Director of IT will set and execute a forward-looking technology strategy that enables Brattle’s growth, strengthens operational excellence, and enhances the experience of our staff and the services we deliver to clients.
The Senior Director of IT will align technology investments with business priorities, help drive the firm’s digital transformation, and ensure a secure, scalable, and resilient technology environment. This role requires a leader who can balance innovation with risk management, translate business needs into technology solutions, and position IT as a proactive partner to the firm.

THE CANDIDATE
Brattle offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Chicago is $250,000 - $275,000 annually. Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including experience and training.
