About the Opportunity & Team

This role sits within our China Commercial team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, CN. As Teads expands its presence across China, we are strengthening our commercial organization in Shenzhen to capture growing market demand and deepen our agency footprint.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, establishing high-value agency partnerships, and positioning Teads as the platform of choice for branding, video, native, and CTV solutions. In this role, you will collaborate daily with internal partners across Account Management, Creative Studio, Insights, Product, and Ad Operations to deliver best-in-class campaigns for local and regional advertisers.

About the Role

Core Mission: Drive sustainable revenue growth and establish Teads as a trusted strategic partner across top media agency groups, trading desks, and direct advertisers in China.
Team Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional partners in Account Management, Creative Studio, Insights, Product, and Ad Operations to translate client briefs into high-performing commercial outcomes.
Scope of Ownership: Take full accountability for commercial pipeline development, agency relationship management, and revenue growth across Shenzhen and the broader China market.
Impact Metric: Consistently achieve individual revenue targets, expand Teads' market share in CTV/native/video solutions, and secure long-term agency commitments over the next 12 months.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive net-new business acquisition and pipeline development by identifying, pitching, and converting commercial opportunities across China.
Architect and deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations that clearly articulate Teads’ value proposition across branding, video, native, and CTV solutions.
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health, and deal tracking with accuracy to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Client & Agency Partnerships

Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key media agency groups, trading desks, and brand decision-makers in China.
Act as a consultative partner to clients, analyzing their business objectives and recommending tailored, data-driven media and creative solutions.
Represent Teads externally at client meetings, industry events, and commercial networking opportunities to elevate local brand presence.

Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment

Orchestrate internal workflows by collaborating closely with Account Management, Creative Studio, Insights, and Ad Operations to ensure seamless campaign setup, execution, and client satisfaction.
Leverage campaign performance data and market trends to deliver actionable insights that drive client retention and account expansion.

What Will You Bring to the Team?

Must-Haves (The Baseline Bar)

Core Experience: 5+ years of digital media sales, AdTech, online advertising, or agency partnership experience within the China market.
Network: Active, established network of decision-maker relationships across key media agencies, trading desks, and direct brands in China.
Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, video, native advertising, and CTV.
Commercial Capabilities: Proven track record of consultative selling, pipeline management, and meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
Language Skills: Fluent Mandarin (essential for local agency and brand relationships) with professional English communication skills.
Location/Legalities: Right to work in Shenzhen, China.

Nice-to-Haves (The Performance Multiplier)

Direct experience selling native advertising formats or Connected TV (CTV) solutions.
Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to turn campaign performance data into strategic upselling opportunities.

Bonus Points

You have a track record of building new agency trading relationships or scaling brand enterprise accounts from the ground up in South China or Greater China.
