Base pay: $35,152
With commissions: $160K–$200K+
Commission rate: Up to 15%
Retention bonus after 90 days: $5,000*

 

You've memorized a 12-top's full order, kept three needy tables happy at once, talked a stranger into a bottle upgrade, and stayed charming on hour seven of a double shift. That's not just hospitality, that's high-pressure sales.

At TRA, you'll trade the tray for a headset and use those same skills. Reading people fast, handling objections, and building instant trust to close phone deals and earn real commission. No experience in tax or finance required. We train you from day one.

 

 

What you'll actually do

  • Work warm leads. These aren't cold calls. Clients have already raised their hand and need your help. Your job is to close.
  • Build rapport fast just like greeting a new table, you'll make clients feel heard and confident within minutes.
  • Handle objections the same way you've talked guests into staying for one more round. You can talk a client through their hesitations, too.
  • Log your notes in our CRM software. Think of it as your section notepad, just digital.

 

Schedule that doesn't involve closing shifts every Friday and Saturday

 

Option A:  Wed – Sun (Mon & Tue off)
 
Option B: Fri – Tue (Wed & Thu off)
 
Shift hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily. You're done before dinner service even starts.

Who we're looking for

No sales resume required. We want people who have proven they can stay composed under pressure, hustle for their earnings, and make strangers feel like regulars. If you've spent time behind a bar or carrying a full section, you've already done the hard part.

Prior phone sales, mortgage, real estate, or debt settlement experience is a bonus, but we'll take a great bartender over a mediocre closer any day!

 

*$5,000 Retention Bonus Terms:
This bonus is available exclusively to new external hires only. Current and former TRA employees are not eligible. Candidates must receive an offer between May 1–29, 2026 and begin employment by May 31, 2026. Bonus is payable after successful completion of 90 days of full-time employment.
