We are a leading Tax Resolution firm looking to hire an experienced Enrolled Agents to join our growing team — where last year alone we saved clients over $34 million in tax debt. In this role you'll work high-volume, complex Offer in Compromise caseloads with full exposure to the complete spectrum of IRS resolution strategies including Installment Agreements, Partial Pay Installment Agreements, Currently Non-Collectible status, Step-Installment Agreements, and Penalty Abatement — reviewing client financial analyses, IRS transcripts, and tax returns to identify and execute the best resolution path for each client.

Day-to-Day:

• Review clients' completed financial analyses along with recent tax returns, AT/ROA/WI transcripts and other data obtained from the IRS
• Prepare resolution options from which clients can chose based on the above review
• Conduct compliance calls as needed to obtain information that is missing or follow up on IRS processing
• Call ACS to set up the chosen resolution, including:
• Installment Agreement
• Partial Pay Installment Agreement
• Currently Non-Collectible
• Step-Installment Agreement
• Penalty Abatement requests

Must Haves:

• Enrolled Agent License or CPA (Required)
• Active PTIN (Required)
• Established E-services account on IRS.gov (Required)
• 1+ years' experience setting up resolutions with the IRS preferred

Salary: $75-90k based on experience + commissions available after 60 days
