Customer Service Specialist
- Communicate with international customers via WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone.
- Provide personalized advice on size, fit, and style to enhance each customer’s journey.
- Manage order-related questions, deliveries, and returns in a structured, accurate way.
- Use CRM and internal tools to track conversations, resolve cases, and deliver timely updates.
- Represent Suitsupply with a professional, helpful tone every time.
- Experience in a customer-facing or support role, ideally in a fast-paced or digital environment.
- Tech-comfortable: confident using customer service platforms or learning new tools quickly.
- A strong communicator who writes clearly, listens actively, and adapts to customer tone.
- Curious and driven by a growth mindset; you take feedback and run with it.
- Accountable and proactive; you take ownership and follow through with care.
- Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a strong plus.
- Able to work 5 days a week on-site at our Suitsupply HQ.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts from home.
