MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Accueil et prise en charge : Accueillir les clients dès leur arrivée avec courtoisie et professionnalisme.

Gestion des bagages : Charger, décharger, transporter et acheminer les bagages jusqu’aux chambres.

Services clients : Informer les clients sur les services disponibles, répondre à leurs questions simples et orienter la clientèle.

Stockage sécurisé : Veiller à la conservation et au bon étiquetage des bagages en consigne.

Coordination : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la réception.
