Senior Marketing Manager (Brand / Category) Ninja, Central Europe

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in the regional Ninja marketing team, driving the development and execution of marketing commercialization plans across Central European markets that drive profitable and sustainable growth for the business. 

This role will own the product , marketing plans and assortment execution plans (incl. go-to-market plans), drive marketing plans and work closely with in-country cross functional teams to help ensure excellence of execution. 

You'll help build and execute integrated marketing plans that resonate with Central European consumers, support commercial goals, and strengthen our presence in the region. Working cross-functionally with local sales teams, the social marketing team, trade marketing, PR, and the wider global marketing team, you'll bring insight, creativity, and precision to the day-to-day of driving performance. 

The ideal candidate works well independently, brings a strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility, and is collaborative by nature — with the drive to help create the impossible! 

Roles and Areas of Responsibility 

• Develop and implement Central Europe specific marketing strategies aligned to local consumer needs and retailer priorities. 

• Partner with the Global Marketing Hub to support Marketing across in-store and online execution across the region. 

• Build category understanding: track price, positioning, competitive landscape and market needs; digest insights and help shape recommendations on product assortment and roadmap. 

• Execute the category portfolio and lifecycle, from introduction to end-of-life. 

• Deliver category/brand positioning strategies, product concepts and pricing input with the goal of increasing marketability and sales. 

• Help spot potential obstacles early, flagging issues and proposing solutions during the commercialization process. 

• Communicate the value proposition of products to the sales team and support development of sales tools. 

• Partner with internal stakeholders to report on performance, insights, and optimizations on a periodic basis. 

• Work closely with local Sales and Retail teams to support activation across key accounts, helping drive conversion and brand visibility. 

• Track campaign performance, report on KPIs, and help refine plans to improve ROI and in-market effectiveness. 

• Build strong working relationships with Central European retail partners, supporting distribution-focused initiatives. 

• Mandatory: German and Englisch language (both fluent/native level) 

• Frankfurt based

Education and Experience 

• Educated to degree level in marketing or equivalent. 

• 8-10 years of Marketing and/or Category Management experience within consumer goods. 

• Significant experience in a senior marketing role or channel/distribution role, ideally with a focus on Central Europe retail environment (working with consumer electronics retailers is a plus). 

• A strong record of delivering commercially successful marketing campaigns across physical and digital retail channels. 

• Proven project management skills and ability to work across functions and geographies. 

• Solid analytical capabilities, with an understanding of performance metrics and ROI. 

• A collaborative, proactive approach with strong communication skills in German and English (Polish language skills a plus). 

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. 

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 

• Experience with financial analysis to make marketing recommendations. 

• Experience leveraging consumer insights to support marketing programs and campaigns.
