Role
We are looking for a talented Integrated Creative Designer to support our Growth team in creating scroll-stopping visual and audiovisual content that drives engagement and conversion across the U.S. and Latin American markets.

This role is designed for a highly skilled designer with exceptional craft, strong visual storytelling abilities and a passion for bringing campaigns to life across digital media. This position is perfect for someone who uses AI not as a design replacement, but as a tool to create impressive visuals and videos to deliver astonishing assets for campaigns.

This is an in-person position based out of our Bogotá office in the Chicó area.

Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Create creative assets for multiple channels and formats, including digital content that is conversion-focused and performs across diverse markets and channels.
• Audiovisual Language: Utilize motion graphics to animate static assets, creating engaging, scroll-stopping content and AI generated videos to deliver audiovisual assets.
• Creative Concept Development: Collaborate on the development of creative concepts and campaigns, proposing visual and audiovisual directions for execution.

• Brand System Leadership: Ensure brand consistency and maintain design systems that allow for both consistency and creative flexibility.
• Creative Research & AI Tools: Stay ahead of design trends and AI capabilities, constantly testing what's possible and documenting learnings to elevate visual assets (video, static images)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Creative Strategist to transform campaign concepts into visual reality, work with the Growth Marketing Manager to ensure designs meet campaign objectives and timelines, and iterate based on performance data and feedback from the growth analyst.

We are looking for

• Full Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) 
• Deep knowledge and passion about design, art and visual trends.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity aesthetic work across multiple formats.
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Self-directed creative experimenter who stays current with design, art and trends with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's visually possible

Experience & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in design, art direction, or creative production with a portfolio showcasing performance-driven marketing creative
• Experience with design and video editing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere, After Effects, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise using AI design tools to create production-ready assets for marketing campaigns (Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, or similar). 
• Demonstrated experience with visual and audiovisual tools. Any video editing experience is a major plus!
