Role Overview

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Product Technology Officer (CPTO), enabling focus, efficiency, and execution of key priorities. In addition to executive support, this role serves as the primary point of contact for the San Mateo office, ensuring a well-organized, welcoming, and productive workplace.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Technology Officer, this role is responsible for managing executive priorities, communications, and logistics while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the San Mateo office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exercises sound judgment, anticipates needs, and thrives in an environment where no two days look the same.

What You'll Do

• Manage the CPTO's complex calendar, meeting cadence, and scheduling priorities.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and track follow-up action items.
• Prioritize communications and serve as a trusted point of contact on behalf of the CPTO.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational challenges.
• Oversee the daily operations of the San Mateo office, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and productive work environment.
• Manage office vendors, supplies, facilities requests, and workplace services.
• Coordinate onsite meetings, executive visits, team events, and office logistics.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, People Operations, and Finance to support onboarding, office equipment, workspace planning, and employee experience initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve office operations and implement efficient workplace processes.
• Support special projects and operational initiatives for the Product & Technology organization.

What You'll Bring

• 4-6 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and executive logistics.
• Experience coordinating office operations, workplace services, or facilities administration.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and operate with minimal direction.
• Proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration tools.

Target total compensation ranges from $120,750 – $149,500, including a fixed annual salary of $105,000 – $130,000, an employee equity plan grant, annual bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
