The Web Manager is a versatile, full-stack web generalist who owns the day-to-day execution and strategic health of Movable Ink’s web properties. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, design, and development — with real ownership over a global website that millions of people visit. This is an opportunity to build deep expertise across modern web tools, marketing technology, and AI-driven web practices — all while collaborating with world-class marketers at a high-growth SaaS company.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain Movable Ink’s web properties, ensuring performance, accuracy, and a best-in-class user experience
  • Build, update, and optimize pages in Webflow, including animations, CMS management, and custom interactions
  • Apply WordPress knowledge to inform cross-platform problem-solving and maintain web flexibility as tooling evolves
  • Implement and manage marketing scripts, tracking tags, and integrations using Marketo
  • Translate design mockups from Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud into pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences
  • Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend platform capabilities and solve frontend challenges
  • Support campaign launches with landing page builds, form integrations, and UTM/tag management
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams on technical SEO tasks, site structure, and emerging AI visibility best practices

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years OF experience as a generalist web developer with a portfolio spanning multiple platforms or CMS environments
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write and debug code independently
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, animations, and custom development
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and custom layout troubleshooting
  • Strong command of Marketo, including marketing scripts, form embeds, and tag/tracking functionality
  • Design proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), event tracking, and basic reporting
  • Bonus: experience with OneTrust, Bizzabo, or technical SEO and AI search optimization tools

 

The base pay range for this position is ₡16,445,800 - ₡20,476,467 yearly, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
