The Senior IT Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and optimization of a portfolio of enterprise technology capabilities supporting critical corporate functions (e.g., Risk Management, Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, Legal, etc.). This role provides leadership over multiple programs, and technology domains while aligning technology investments with business strategy and enterprise objectives.  Critical for Success are strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills, effective communication and stakeholder engagement, and proven leadership in alignment across diverse teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business management, or related discipline, 10+ years of experience in IT, digital platforms, or business systems or an equivalent combination
• Proven experience leading programs, platforms, or capability roadmaps. 
• Experience managing enterprise vendors and third-party platforms. 
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. 
• Experience supporting corporate functions such as Risk, HR, Finance, or Compliance. (desired)
• Previous experience as a Program Manager, Product Manager, or senior IT Analyst/Architect. (desired)
