The Leave Management Analyst supports the administration, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of the organization's leave and absence management programs. This role serves as the primary resource for leave-related data analysis, reporting, auditing, and process administration, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of leave information.  Critical for Success is the ability to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner, maintain strong attention to detail, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

What it takes: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, preference to HR, 1-3 years of HR experience
  • Strong communication skills. Must present a professional, positive image at all times
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP, Advanced formulas and functions, Data validation techniques, Data reconciliation, Dashboard and report creation, Trend and variance analysis
  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification (desired)
  • Experience in a multi-state or complex leave environment (desired)
  • Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and state and local leave laws (desired)
