About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who turns messy growth data into clear decisions for leadership, media, and revenue.

This is not a passive reporting seat. You own how we measure paid, organic, email, and CRM performance end to end, from clean tracking and attribution to daily/weekly insights that change what we spend, what we publish, and what we sell. You will sit at the intersection of growth, media, and revenue, and you will be expected to both analyze and improve the measurement system itself (HubSpot, UTMs, funnel tagging, dashboard hygiene).

What You’ll Own

Performance Reporting & Insights

• Build and run daily/weekly performance reporting for paid ads, email, organic, and funnel conversion (spend, CPL/CPDM, ROAS, leads, calls booked, attributed revenue, closed-won).
• Surface trends, anomalies, and recommendations, not just snapshots, so leaders can act fast.
• Partner with Growth, Media, and Revenue to explain why numbers moved and what to do next.

Measurement, Attribution & Data Hygiene

• Own attribution and tracking hygiene across HubSpot, ads platforms, UTMs, Bitly/link systems, and landing pages.
• Design and maintain tagging structures so we can answer: where did this lead come from, what content drove it, and what closed won.
• Clean up CRM ownership, lifecycle stages, and reporting gaps that block accurate revenue attribution.
• Build durable dashboards and views others can use, not one-off spreadsheets that only you understand.

Cross-Functional Performance Support

• Support demand gen / paid and organic teams with experiment readouts and channel performance.
• Help media understand which content and CTAs drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Ad-hoc analysis for leadership (book launch, campaign pushes, channel bets) with clear recommendations.

Required

• 3+ years in performance analytics, marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a closely related data/insights role.
• Proven experience turning multi-channel marketing and CRM data into leadership-ready insights.
• Hands-on HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) reporting experience, workflows, properties, attribution, and data cleanup, not just exporting CSVs.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with BI/dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, HubSpot reporting, or similar).
• Ability to diagnose broken tracking (UTMs, pixels, form tagging, source/medium gaps) and fix it with operators.
• Clear written communication. You can ship a daily performance update leaders actually read.
• Comfortable in a high-pace, in-person environment where numbers drive decisions the same day.
• Ability to work in-person in Kelowna, BC. Canada work authorization required.

Preferred

• Experience in high-growth startups, creator/media brands, coaching/education, or B2B SaaS.
• Paid media analytics (Meta, Google, etc.) including spend, CPL, ROAS, and funnel quality.
• Email marketing performance analysis (open, click, CTR, acquisition source mix).
• SQL or light scripting for deeper pulls.
• Prior ownership of a measurement system you built or rebuilt from fragmented tools.
